Northern
Ontario
Glenn
Ferguson,
was
born
with
a
natural
creative
streak
and
a
thirst
for
knowledge.
From
an
early
age
he
expressed
a
fascination
for
television
and
fell
in
love
with
the
idea
of
working
in
the
business.
During
his
last
year
at
high
school
the
local
TV
station
ran
a
help
wanted
ad.
Glenn
responded
and
was
hired
on
the
understanding
that
until
he
knew
enough
to
be
useful,
he
would
work
for
nothing.
Six
weeks
later,
he
received
his
first
pay
check.
Glenn
went
on
to
become
a
highly
successful television producer and director.
Working
at
the
local
station,
he
learned
the
business
from
the
ground
up.
He
learned
first
hand
the
power
of
the
media
and
what
it
could
do.
It
was
a
small
market
station
but
it
was
filled
with
creative
and
inspiring
progressive
people.
Glenn
worked
there
until
it
was
time
to
move
on
to
bigger
and
better
things
with
more
challenges.
Moving
on,
he
directed
thousands
of
hours
of
television
on
both
local
and
national
levels
in
Canada
and
the
United
States.
Glenn
was
exceptionally
good
at
directing
live
TV
events
of
any
size.
At
one
point
a
local
technical
college
was
in
need
of
an
expert
who
would
be
able
to
teach
broadcast
operations.
Being
familiar
with
Glenn’s
abilities,
the
dean
invited
Glenn
to
teach
the
subject.
To
his
great
gratification, many of his students are having successful careers in the business.
After 25 years of working in the television business. it was time to move on to experience new horizons.
Glenn
moved
to
Mexico,
founded
Terrasol
Productions
and
began
creating
tourism
and
marketing
videos
for
that
market.
He
expanded
his
business
to
record
special
events.
Terrasol
Productions
is
now
back
in
Canada
with
a
focus
is
on
video
production,
consulting
and
advertising.
Glenn
has
been
a
forerunner
and
has
grown
with
the
media.
He
stays
up
to
date
on
the
latest
technologies
providing
his
clients
with
the
best up to date marketing ideas using the media of video.
